My Gap Year

After polytechnic, I took a gap year to work as a Studio Manager in a student-led agency under Singapore Polytechnic Media Arts and Design School. Where I oversaw a total of 21 interns and 3 freelancers throughout my gap year.

 

This role is interestingly challenging as I am leading a group of student interns, all with different communication styles, with the goal to empower them, to bring the best out of them as a leader.
